Saddam trial: "This is terrorism"

OK, this isn't a religious post, but I was watching TV coverage of the Saddam trial today, where he refused to attend court and said that not receiving clean change of clothes was "terrorism". Um, excuse me, but somehow I doubt that your victims--who have so far described being raped and tortured by guards and seeing human hair in a shredder--would agree....
